Marissa is a Guam Native and of CHamoru descent. She was born and raised on the beautiful pacific island and is the oldest of four siblings. She’s married and has two children which she has devoted to raising rich in their ethnic culture.

Marissa is a California Realtor / Investor with 23 years of sales experience and 13   years as a Licensed Realtor in California and Guam. 

She started her Real Estate career in Guam USA - working with Military families who were PCSing. Shortly after, she began working with VA and First-Time Homebuyers. Accelerating her career, she quickly moved on to help Repeat Buyers and Sellers in the Residential Market Space, Land Purchases and Sales, Commercial Sales, and soon after, entered into partnerships with Local and Overseas Builders and Investors. 

A problem solver who’s dedicated and diligent, she prides herself in always having her client’s best interest in mind, ensuring they are well taken care of throughout each aspect of the buying and selling process.

Marissa’s strength comes through her personal experience in real estate investments and acquisitions - which has proven to be a great asset to her clients throughout the years. With her cutting edge marketing skills she can make any property shine online, in print, or in media! Marissa is praised by her clients and colleagues for her communication skills and work ethic. 

Throughout her 13 years as a licensed real estate professional, Marissa has gained a large social media following where she is visible on all platforms.  However,  she is also strongly networked locally.

Marissa moved to California in 2016 to expand her portfolio and offer her expertise right here in the Golden State. January 12th marked her eighth year of living in San Diego, CA and calling this wonderful city “HOME”
